Description:

This project is the H2O site for "Cyberlaw and the Global Economy," a seminar at Harvard Law School taught by John Palfrey in Fall 2003.  This course is focused on the way in which Internet technologies and the law in this field affect the way commerce flows in the global marketplace.  The course web site can be found at http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/globaleconomy.  The aggregated grade of the student responses to three rotisserie questions, plus the "crank" in which students respond to their colleagues, will comprise part of the 50% of the final grade for the course that is for class participation (both online and in-class).
