The project leader, Eric J. Lindblom, Ph.D., has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology (Humanistic, Transpersonal and Organizational Systems) from Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco, California, U.S.A., the premier school in the Humanistic Psychology tradition.

(See: http://www.saybrook.edu)

Saybrook is the former Institute for Humanistic Psychology formed by internationally known psychologists led by Drs. Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow. Thereby, this cyberlaw course and others led by Dr. Lindblom represent the philosophy of law not the practice. It is expected that the views represented in this (these) course(s) would reflect a philosophical perspective elaborated in General Systems Theory/Organizational Systems thinking.

The University of Cambridge uses an educational technology program called Course Work. It has been developed by Stanford University.
* What is Course Work? "CourseWork is Stanford University's course Web site development and distribution system. Using CourseWork, instructors and TAs can set up a course Web site that displays announcements, on-line readings, a dynamic syllabus and schedule, on-line assignments and quizzes, a discussion forum for students, and a grade book. CourseWork is designed both for faculty with little Web experience, who can use CourseWork to develop their Web site quickly, and for expert Web-users, who can use it to organize complex, Web-based materials and link them to Web communication tools."http://aboutcoursework.stanford.edu/overview.html
