The Digital Democracy 2004 project is operating in conjunction with Charles Nesson's "Digital Democracy" course at Harvard Law School, Fall 2004. Participants in Professor Nesson's class, and in Professor Hal Abelson's class at MIT will be interacting in the H2O discussion on a weekly basis, reading and responding to each other's work.

The syllabus is a work in progress. As it crystalizes, it becomes available on the h2o webpage. Prior to that, you can see our thinking - and see what's coming - at http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/xdev/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?CurrentVersion

For any and all questions on "Digital Democracy 2004", please contact Ethan Zuckerman at ezuckerman@cyber.law.harvard.edu
