Question

We've had the Rotisserie running for almost a year now, and we've recently gotten a bunch of new users who've had a chance to try the system out.  For those of you who have already hosted rotiseries, how have you used the rotisserie and what lessons have you learned?  For those who are pondering using the system, what interesting uses for the rotisserie do you have in mind?

My most interesting uses of the rotisserie have been to bridge offline and online discussion.   Teaching my first classes, I found it very helpful to start a round of discusison before the lecture and pick up points of interest or confusion to start the in-class questioning.

That sounds like a great idea.

How do you think it made class interaction/discussion different? How does it compare (if you have such experience) with class discussion that's entirely online?
